why work for a bb?
if you are good at trading, why do you work ? why dont you start a fund or trade your own account?
why work for a bb?
Simple.... more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ in a fund. But you have a good point. The REALLY successful traders who have made a decent amount of money will not take outside capital. And as this administration makes the fund business less lucrative and more risky, a whole bunch of traders/PMs are deciding to bow-out of the fund biz.
