PHD program in FINRISK

Hi, Recently i find there is a finance PHD program in the University of Zurich, FINRISK, Financial valuation and Risk Managemnet. Do u think it is worthwhile to do phd there instead of USA? How good is it compared with the USA top Finance PHD programs? Any of your opinions are welcome!
