Quant trading: electronic options market making vs. delta one vs. high frequency FX, which one is better?

Hi all,Suppose you are facing a choice of career and you have to choose among the following three (all are Quant trading):1. Electronic options market making2. Equities Delta One3. High frequency FXAll of these three jobs have high frequency trading flavor and all are considered as quant trading. And you role is quant/developer for all these three positions, which one is better?Thanks a lot!

I would chose HF FX. Most options traders don't understand the underlying , equity is not considered that sexy.

It depends where you are based The main HF equity option firms are based in the states. there are a few firms doing it in Europe, mostly Amsterdam and London. - (but not many) there are a growing number of firms in Asia. HF FX trading is generally a good area to be, however - are you working in a customer flow algo group or a pure prop group? What type of HF FX and which banks? some second tier banks are very good at this area in the same way that some second tier universities have good departments for specific subjects. Equity - I hear the equity space is getting crowded? but it depends which markets you trade, what frequency, what firm, etc.. There are so many variables you need to consider before making this decision and I don't think you can base it on 3 generic catagories.
