I thought this was decently spot-on. I particularly agree with these two points:"MFE?s tend to be light in statistics""If you put it on your resume, be ready to explain it."

Rrolack2 is right and that doesn't just apply to academics or work experience...Your interests, ambitions, and any other stuff you put on your CV should be not only true but you should be able to talk about them.Experienced interviewers are alert for bullshit, and their logic is that if you are less than 100% on your "other stuff" then your work experience and skills may well be more illusion than fact.
