Can't read forum postings

June 21st, 2011, 1:22 am

Hi, Can you please help.I am logged into the forum and for some reason I can read some posts but not others. If I just open a general topic folder (like "technical forum") I seem to be able to read what is in there but is I do a search and then try and read the posts from the search I can't.The difference seems to be that the ones i can open are URL links but the ones i can't open are javascript. Javascript is definitely enabled on my browser.Any ideas??

As you are using Vista, this alone could be the reason you are having problems, especially as both browsers are not able to view the search results. You could (at your own risk) try the following...Try to re-register the jscript.dll file. This can be done by executing thefollowing:Start > Run...In the Run box, type in (without quotes) "regsvr32 jscript.dll"You should receive a popup says that it registration succeeded. You then should be able to display JavaScript in your browser properly.I hope this helps? I'm not sure what else I can suggest.
