marbella

with so many foreign people "living" in marbella (especially the brits), i am wondering how does it work legally to spend so much time in the country without becoming its citizen or going thru the immigration process.

You can theoretically live and work anywhere in the EU.

You don't have to do much, not even for the the taxes, so I'm assuming that also the other way around is pretty much the same.
