As long as Taleb doesn't inflate his ego, he's readable, observant and has interesting conclusions. It did happen two or three times in the past, not any more.

A) usually yes. Being sued is rarely worth it. B) that is anyway not relevant. He would be most likely sued for defamation. C) the truth isn't necessarily relevant to anything. P
