Where do Quants work in India?

I am an Indian citizen, who did his PhD in the US. I am looking to go back to India, and I am wondering which firms employ quants in India?I looked up Wilmott and found a thread that was in 2003.Many people there had said, the market was very fragmented, with a few jobs scattered here and there, hard to figure out.Can anyone give opinions on the current situation?
