futures commissions

Hi,I am trying to get a feel for the lower bounds for futures commissions for the major exchanges.Obviously, the answer will be volume dependent, but I would also appreciate some comments as to dP / dV.

Basically, Eurex should be like around 60-70 cents for bond futures. Indices more like around 1.00 EUR or a bit higher. LIFFE should be around 1.00 GBP for EURIBOR.All these are Round Turn figures. If you do more than 100,000 turns a month, you can get it down to almost nothing.

aye, but clearing is a much bigger proportion of the amount you quoted. exchange fees are what, 20eurocents vs. 40 on the clearing? hell, you can almost get paid to trade certain products by the exchange (back month 'bor on liffe for example).

Clearing is not the bigger amount.... clearing costs almost nothing these days. What are you talking about??You can get transactions (per side) of like 30-odd cents for FGBL, FGBM, FGBS. That includes 20 cents on the Exchange side. And LIFFE? Well, LIFFE is fucked up anyway.
