It's on Amazon for £151. This compares with £65 for the 8th edition. Anyone know why it's so much more?Hull lists the differences here: New features in 9th editionMain things seems to be OIS discounting, OTC regulations and a better version of derivagem

Hello,The french version of the book will be published in two weeks and the price is waaaaay below the price of the english version. How can this be? It will cost 61 EUR vs 151 £ for the english version...

Two factors at least partially explain the French price....Firstly, Amazon is not allowed to discount properly in France, but "disocunt" is defined as lower than the cover price.Secondly a French Quant of a given level earns roughly half that of one in London, so Purchasing Power Parity would seem to be having an effect.

I had lent a copy of a French version of OFAOD once. My impression was that there is much less information in the French version. And it seemed less technical (I am not saying that the original OFAOD is rocket-science).
