Guys just want to ask if anybody can shed some light on BlueCrest Quant Dev interview ? How much Maths / Programming / Stats etc Thanks

they seem to be expanding very agressively (in the equities). on the other hand, this year is pretty bad one for them, especially for their algo trading unit (blue trend) which lost hundreds of millions....
