There is another third possibility that would be relatively rare(in developed countries but pervasive in poor countries on the hands of people who become tentacles in poor countries and water and beverages of entire cities are drugged. You will not believe but all major beverage companies(I do not take their names but any name you can think and always trusted would likely be in the list) drug their beverages at production source when asked to do so by tentacles in authority and secret services of the particular country(Pakistan, Britain, Japan, and Hong Kong known from my experience) who have received hefty bribes. I have said before that general public is not affected by these special drugs but any target can be affected when desired by secret services since many of these neurotransmitters remain inert until charged by EM frequency weapons directed on the particular target. They know what particular frequency to use to charge the specific drugs/chemicals given in the food/beverages/water. The brain has just different charges/ions and neurotransmitters interacting to connect different parts of the brain and they know what charges to take into different parts of the brain to attach with major neurotransmitters and kick major neurotransmitters out of specific parts of the brain possibly forever. You can discuss it with any good physics and Electromagnetic waves expert and know the truth as this is sheer science) that some drug containing neurotransmitters would be given in the food of the target without his/her knowledge. One purpose on the mild side could be to make the victim believe things when approached by secret services or their accomplice. But this can have many many very mild to very extreme effects which the reader could easily know using basic common sense after reading the thread.I hope my revealing such information would make the world safer for all of us. Since these machinations are done in the name of false (and childish) patriotism and used only when all norms, ethics and laws of any country and human societies have failed to hurt the specific targets. There are thousands of victims of these weapons all over the world including America (and particularly in California) who have been retarded forever and some are kept retarded by active effort. I would request Americans to make laws to not allow state (read stupid, mean and arrogant components in the secret services who do so at will. Some people would like to ask the question why they could not retard me. My guess is that there were some neurotransmitters in my brain that never got known to them. And those not known neurotransmitters continued to produce other neurotransmitters through chain reactions. Whenever I had contaminated food, water, beverages, was forced on injections, or given drugs by force, colors in my eyes would change right away and most colors would lose brightness and become very dull in my sight. I would lose coherence(and this is a weapon they like to use). They did all sort of other experiments like disconnecting parts or two sides of my brain by forcing chemicals that could result in different colors in one eyes and other shades in the other eyes. My voice would also resonate differently. Sometimes even one half of my tongue would resonate differently and the other half would resonate differently. But whenever the effect of injections or drugs or contaminated food waned, the brightness in eyes would come back and I would see everything in the world like I saw since my childhood. Again the reason is that once the neurotransmitters remain unknown to them, they do not know what kind of charges would attach to to those unknown neurotransmitters and they remained in my brain. They could continue to remove more neurotransmitters from the brain but those neurotransmitters that were not known produced every other neurotransmitter they removed from the brain through their chain reactions. Many people when retarded would never be able to recover while some other(probably a smaller number) could recover.

One thing I would like to say here to people who are never tired of talking about civilization. I do not believe in this word. However I would like to explain the difference between an animal and a human according to my understanding. An animal is known by the characteristics that he likes to prey, kill or tear while the distinctive trait that makes us human is that we have compassion and understanding for each other. So if you really like to use the word civilized, please know that you could be a civilized human or a civilized animal. The word civilized by itself means nothing.

I noticed that several people who were in my connections were no longer in my connections. Admittedly many people would like to remove me from their connections given the problems I write about here. But I do think some connections were removed using my account. I wrote to linkedin to help me and give me the official list of connections that I supposedly removed from my account. But they refused to help me saying they cannot help me in any way and cannot tell me what connections were removed using my side of linkedin. I will like to tell people that I have not removed any foreign connection from my linkedin for past four years and if any connection was removed by me it was due to hacking of my account. I will also like to say that I do send invitations to people who have studied and served mathematics, statistics and mathematical modeling all their life and I always appreciated and regarded their life of learning. And when I send invitations, I do not care about whether I am sending it to any American, European, Chinese or Indian. Good and bad people are everywhere including in my country and in other countries. I do write against American defence services due to severe problems there but I never generalize that to individual Americans (especially to people who devoted all their life to pursuit and spread of knowledge) and I request Americans to understand my point of view.

I have been forced to see several psychiatrists in past sixteen years. The psychiatric health system is very loosely regulated in my country. Every psychiatric facility has several retired men who were inducted in army in low ranks after passing 10th grade. I was taken to supposedly the best psychiatrist (but a second class human being and these people would like to do anything in their capacity to mingle with staff of American embassy) in Lahore, and I was asked to take injections without seeing the psychiatrists. I tried to object and asked it was my right to at least have a meeting with the dude. His staff pinned me to ground, gave me several blows in the back and injected me while they continued to ridicule and insult me. Once you are inside a psychiatric facility in Pakistan, there is no law and the psychiatrist is the absolute king.I saw a psychiatrist last year and he refused to discuss my case with me, and said I have forfeited your right to a second opinion with some other psychiatrist under Pakistan mental health law and force will be used under mental health law if you do not follow my decisions( I was in his facility and so was at mercy of his men). My laptop and my mobile were snatched and returned only after one month. These psychiatrists know that Pakistan Army is on their back and nobody can ever touch them. The psychiatrist literally blurted you are too smart and some intelligent people have to be treated like this.
