Where is the best place to post/pitch a Quant demo model to raise real money / capital?

I have 15 years derivatives experiences within fund management & investment banks.
Utilising my experience, I have developed a number of derivatives trading models.
One of my Quant models has very successful out-of-sample performance, with hit rate in range 50% to 70% in sub-periods.
Win loss P&L ratio over 2 in most sub periods.

Whilst we use some of my models internally in aspects of our funds,
Im keen to move eventually from being part of a big firm team, out to managing money on my own now.

-Where is the best place to reach out to Quant money managers, Hedge Funds, VC’s, Crowd Funding with a Demo Model & presentation pitch?
- Any experience out there on the best way to get it off the ground with Capital?
