I know a couple people who made it to the final round of RBC's Dealer Training interviews with just a BBA. However, they did have a few years of related experience. The majority of those being interviewed were MBA's. Not sure about the other banks.

Not sure about the other banks.The Dealer Training program of RBC is open to undergraduates as well.Most of the programs are at the Associate level though.
