6,0,9 worth 1
1,2,3,5,7 worth 0
8 worth 2?

Funnily enough, somewhat inspired by Paul’s remark about the redundant information, I trained a neural network to predict the answer. It converged nicely, but it returns 0. I havent had time yet to pull it apart to see how it arrives to this result.

On topic, I also investigated the picture closely - 2 lights of two types, two stripes. Suspicious shade on the tripes and one narrower. I opened the picture in text editor... No Morse code, no NATO code. Nada...

Maybe proving my identity could be another brainteaser!

Obviously, kat got the answer.

So, I just gave it to Copilot. (>> = me)

>> Can you answer a question about an image that I upload?
Certainly! Please go ahead and upload the image, and I’ll do my best to assist you based on the content.
>> What is the answer at the question mark (I upload image)
The answer at the question mark is 2. Each number corresponds to the count of circles present in the digits. For example, 8 has two circles, 9 has one, and so on ...

That made me wonder -- can Copilot do captcha's?

>> Here is another image question. There are nine images here.
>> Label them 1,2,3 (upper row), 4,5,6 (middle row), and 7,8,9 (bottom row). Using that labelling, which images contain a bus?
1_recaptcha_example.jpg
Certainly! Let’s analyze the images and identify which ones contain a bus:
  1. Image 1: No bus.
  2. Image 2: No bus.
  3. Image 3: No bus.
  4. Image 4: Contains a bus.
  5. Image 5: No bus.
  6. Image 6: Contains a bus.
  7. Image 7: No bus.
  8. Image 8: No bus.
  9. Image 9: No bus.

Therefore, Images 4 and 6 contain a bus.

Yayy! Online security goes to the toilet! Soon everything will get as cranky as MS Azure, people will get tired of it and go back to normal, offline life...

@bearish I indeed don't want to end in a bed of petunias, but such thoughts start to bloom in my head. Let's say someone obsessively checks where I live and browses the internet for information about me, contacts people with paranoidal accusations and negative comments about me, or stalks people with fake accounts online and also in real life(!) despite multiple clear messages to go away and never come back... I'm not calling anyone a psycho, but definitely a good candidate. I started to suspect zerdna was involved in a similar situation. I hope he and his close ones are all alive and well. I'm starting to feel a bit scared.
