Burkina Faso President Traore rejects IMF loans.

President Ibrahim Traore stated, “Africa doesn’t need the World Bank, IMF, Europe, or America. We have what it takes to grow our economy without any loans. We cannot continue to be financial slaves through loans.”

Ibrahim Traore seeks to liberate his country from the IMF's endless debt cycle.
