Heston's paper (Rev. of Financ. Stud, pp327-343, 1993)
Does anyone have a PDF file of this paper? The one I got through my school's subscription does not have paper 328, for some reason.Thanks,W

I downloaded it and it has the same problem, pape 328 is missing. I guess this problem is originated from Rev. of Financ. Stud.. Everyone who downloads it from there will not have pp 328. Now I guess the only way is to make a hard copy ...But thanks a lot for the reply.W
