Certainly no miraculous changes in the voters demographics took place. Sentiments, turnout - about those we can speculate. (E.g. I and probably many people won't go to the second referendum simply because we don't want to be Guinea pigs for testing false positives. Similarly, if I'm asked how I vote, I say "remain", because I don't want to be harassed.)

We'll still be friendly neighbours, after all.

You don't need this to keep the Brits peaceful. Just let us trade.

You're a scream!
Tell that to the Irish.. LOL We've been 'trading' for the last 700 years.

Twat. Not all of us came down in the last shower. Now you can go to war w/o EU consent. And no pesky ECJ.

Do all those EU countries asked the EU for its consent to help bombing e.g. Yemen? Do German weapon producers arranged their contracts with Saudi Arabia through the EU or through the government of Merkel, who opens her arms so wide to welcome Middle East refugees?
If the EU doesn't "give consent" for any war, it's because their sponsors won't make money from it.

Assuming the turnout and sentiments from 1/7/2016 (the micorosimulation has 3-month resolution, so this is the data which is the closest to the referendum) for the population demographics from 1/1/2019, I get 52% for Leave. (corrected, sorry - I previously copied the old result I rerun as a test)

Are you saying that 52% will vote to leave in a second referendum. For Home Counties only?

It's very easy; Theresa May has gone back on her word; disappointing  but not surprising. In keeping.

She tried to get the negotiated agreement through the Parl, it was rejected. What is she supposed to do?
No deal, then as she promised 2 years ago. WTO rules, then.

And resign.

Because their position lacks logic.
More one-liners! How long did this take to write?

They and the Irish have been remarkably consistent.
If you want bluff, you got it in bucket loads over there.

They misjudged the UK political class.
No, it's not that only. Think of BREXIT as a project with deadlines etc. It has been a yuge failure.

Why should I think of it as a project with deadlines?
If you remember the 60s you probably weren't there. We are are now in phase "request new budget"

Britain may need to delay its exit from the European Union in order to pass crucial legislation if a deal is agreed in late March, Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt has said.

The well-laid plans of mice and men..
