Cuch,The material on 618 & 619 is interesting and relevant. Dirac's general idea was correct, but unfortunately his knowledge of Clifford algebra was poor.Dirac's solution is in general incorrect but does yield a few correct points on the manifold at the intersection of certain geodesics. What's interesting is that these geodesics correspond to positive and negative correlations and the intersections are rotations from the spin matrices.It's now known (maybe not by physicists) that non-commutting spin quantities are associated with 2-forms (Hamiltonian flows).What you're interested in is the general solution where the right type of operator splitting is employed.N

The current splitting is different in approach from dimensional splitting or corrected operator splitting methods. We just have a product of simpler equations.Don't suppose you know of numerical methods associated with Dirac splitting? I reckon the BCS become a bit easier.
