Well if they follow the same hours as the east coast exchanges trading would start at 5:30 am, which means you have to wake up at 4 ish (i would guess) depending on your morning routine. As it is i'm up at 6 now so 4 doesn't seem so bad. although i'd have to go to bed at 9 or 10
