Thank you very much. I am much better. I can keep my eyes straight most of the day now. I still have episodes, but at least now I get thru the day and don't suffer very badly after about a year of treatment I have been doing.

Doctors do not know what caused it. Maybe some strange injury. (I think I may have burned my Kundalini circuits also doing intense sessions, so I stopped that.)

It was horrible. I could not read for 3 months, and had to wear dark glasses just to get any relief from the nystagmus (shaking eyes). Often I would just go around with my eyes closed and held to the side, to get some relief.

But, now I am relaxing in the wonderful American South (in North Carolina). Glad to be near my childhood home (North East Alabama).

north east alabama is a pretty good place to come from

Wow, that must have been a big shock, and a scary time! 
I'm very glad to hear that you have recovered quite a bit already, that must give good hopes that your on a good track!
