I've bought a few things from that Centra. Leap card, beer, food, etc. It's not bad, but a bit on the expensive side with regards to drink.I think it was 44 Westland Row, above Sweeeney's grocery.It's Centra now. 4 of us lived on the 3rd floor. i see they have new curtains. 1973.
BTW Oscar Wilde was born in Westland Row. And check out Sweny's (Lincoln Place) Jame Joyce museum just at bottom of WR opposite Kennedys. It used to be a pharmacy where you could buy ointments for all kinds of ailments.

I saw the Oscar Wilde sign that they put up on the house across the street / kiddie corner to Centra.
If you go up to Merrion Square, there's another house that has the Dublin 'American University' (whatever that is exactly). The building next door houses Scientology.
I've walked past Sweneys a number of times. Didn't know it's a museum. I think they still do some pharmacy work.
