Your argument is so senseless that I don't even know where to begin. You seem to be saying that as a religious group, muslims on average are more violent than any other religious group. Look at the violent acts, atrocities, genocide comitted in last century. Which religious group do you think will have more vilolent acts commited as a % their population?I live today, not 100 years ago. I am concern with attrocities today, like ethnic cleansing in Dafur by muslims supported militias. And yes I think on average Muslims faith is more agreesive than any other monoteist religion in this world ,.... look at Dafur as an exampleDafur Example of Islam conquest by the sword? example of Muslim convivence in the 21st century?Enjoy the reading,.....

Every Muslim in the Middle East knows exactly what this means. This is their way of saying that first they'll get the Jews (who observe Sabbath on Saturday), then they'll get the Christians (whose Sabbath is Sunday). And you provided none. What is your evidence? If you have no credible evidence for your claim, which seems to be the case, your Christian ethics should compel you to apologize for making/repeating what your Christian ethics ought to have made clear to you is a hateful remark. If you need me to explain any of the longer words I used in this explanation, please say so.here is your evidenceBook "Because they hate" by Briggite Gabriel (Arab-Christian Lebanese woman)

Just as I suspected. You heard your slander from an anti-Muslim propagandist, and you reflexively accepted it as true and repeated it. In my book, that makes you a hateful, dishonest asshole. You might be aware that similar slanders were passed around about the Jews prior to the Holocaust, so if there's anything remotely human left of you, maybe your should consider the sorts of things that your hateful actions can lead to.

Are you really that blind or do you just not know any history? Perhaps you've never heard of Rwanda or Bosnia? Like I said look at the number of people killed by (as %) each religious group. Pick any 20 year period in the last 100 years, which group do you think will have larger %?

Quote1.5 million Armenian Christians and Syriac Christians (Assyrians) died during the Young Turk government of the Ottoman Empire between 1915 and 1917. The event, which became known as the Armenian Genocide, is considered the first genocide of the 20th Century. The Assyrian Genocide was committed against the Assyrian population of the Ottoman Empire near the end of the First World War. The Assyrian population of northern Mesopotamia (specifically the Hakkari region in modern-day southeastern Turkey and the Urmia region in northwestern Iran) was forcibly relocated and massacred by Turkish and Kurdish forces between 1915 and 1918 under the regime of the Young Turks. That's 2 genocides for you right there.

Uh, the Young Turks were secularists and brought Western-style ideas to the Turkish government. But go on.

QuoteAlong with the Young Turk's newfound "Turanism" there was a dramatic rise in Islamic fundamentalist agitation throughout Turkey. Christian Armenians were once again branded as infidels (non-believers in Islam). Young Islamic extremists, sometimes leading to violence, staged anti-Armenian demonstrations. During one such outbreak in 1909, two hundred villages were plundered and over 30,000 persons massacred in the Cilicia district on the Mediterranean coast. Throughout Turkey, sporadic local attacks against Armenians continued unchecked over the next several years.

The Young Turks persecuted anyone who resisted Turkish nationalism. I don't know how many Muslims that would have included.

QuoteThe responses of Sheik al-Hilali, Australia's mufti, in particular, and even Dr. Ameer Ali of the Prime Minister's Muslim Reference Group were unfortunately typical and unhelpful. It is always some one else's fault and issues touching on the nature of Islam are ignored.Sheik al-Hilali often responds to criticism by questioning the intelligence and competence of the questioner or critic. So too with the Pope, whose speech he claimed was not what was expected of a holy person and indeed "the Church needs to re-examine its thoughts about someone who doesn't have the qualities or good grasp of Christian character or knowledge".Dr. Ameer Ali's published reply was more surprising as it called on Pope Benedict to be more like Pope John Paul II than Pope Urban II, who called the First Crusade. In fact the Pope's long speech was more about the weaknesses of the Western world, its irreligion and disdain for religion and he explicitly rejected linking religion and violence. He won't be calling any crusade.Crikey! Cardinal Pell responds

Marsden said You might be aware that similar slanders were passed around about the Jews prior to the Holocaust, so if there's anything remotely human left of you, maybe your should consider the sorts of things that your hateful actions can lead to. “This is a provocative and disturbing book. With all the drama of a master writer, Bat Ye’or presents a wide range of historical and contemporary documents and facts to tell the story of how the European Union is being subverted by Islamic hostility to the very ethics and values of Europe itself. Readers who seek a fair resolution of the Arab-Israel conflict will be shocked by the evidence produced in these pages of unfair pressures and deliberate distortions. Europe’s independence of spirit is shown in the process of being undermined. This book challenges the current demonization of Israel and should be essential reading (and re-reading) for everyone interested in true peace in the Middle East. It is also a warning to Europe not to allow the anti-American and anti-Israel pressures of Islam to subvert Europe’s true values: vibrant democracy, humanitarian free thinking, and social fair dealing.” - Sir Martin Gilbert, Holocaust HistorianEURABIAThe Euro-Arab AxisBy Bat Ye’or This book is about the transformation of Europe into “Eurabia,” a cultural and political appendage of the Arab/Muslim world. Eurabia is fundamentally anti-Christian, anti-Western, anti-American, and antisemitic, while striving for Israel’s disappearance and the vilification and isolation of America. The institution responsible for this transformation, and that continues to propagate its ideological message, is the Euro-Arab Dialogue, developed by European and Arab politicians and intellectuals over the past thirty years.

“No writer has done more than Bat Ye’or to draw attention to the menacing character of Islamic extremism. Future historians will one day regard her coinage of the term ‘Eurabia’ as prophetic. Those who wish to live in a free society must be eternally vigilant. Bat Ye’or’s vigilance is unrivalled.” – Niall Ferguson
