"never waste a good crisis"
Unless I am misunderstanding, this might be the most disgusting comment I’ve read on the forum.

If she wasn't openly supporting the Gazan Genocide one way or another, she's just a kid singer as far as I'm concerned.

It's not her fault she was a victim of the October 7 attack, nor if people regard her as a symbol of justifying genocide.

For that matter, it's not her fault she was born in an apartheid state that is committing genocide.

There were equally disgusting comments justifying Israel's genocide in Gaza. This conflict brings out the worst in many Online People.
I don't recall seeing anything here that's as bad as some of the comments coming from Israeli government officials.

Even resident Jewish supremacist and racist AnalyticVega had the sense to disappear from the forums rather than defend the Gazan Genocide.

RTÉ Statement: 2026 Eurovision Song Contest

https://about.rte.ie/2025/09/11/rte-sta ... RT%C3%89's

It is RTÉ’s position that Ireland will not take part in the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest if the participation of Israel goes ahead, and the final decision regarding Ireland’s participation will be made once the EBU’s decision is made.
