So, if being found guilty of committing 34 felonies implies that you should not go to prison, what does? We know that’s he is the Teflon Don, but are there no limits? His more serious cases have all been quashed by corrupt judges, so this is pretty much our only hope.

I haven't followed the details, but my understanding is that these crimes are not usually taken all that seriously. The fines are, for example, tiny. But I am happy to be proven wrong! Otherwise Trump should be treated the same as anyone else. 

The real hope has probably disappeared...choose a better Dem candidate. 

I can't comprehend why a man who has Melania would go for Stormy in the first place. Even when the lights are off (it's a myth that Eastern European women are so conservative). Even if M got cold for some reason, why go for someone as hideous inside and out? I start to suspect she forced herself on him or used some emotional blackmail - a relatively common story.
What's completely beyond my comprehension is that Stormy is elevated to the new Lady Liberty, while Lewinsky, a victim of supervisory sexual harassment, is a national slut.

Marsden, I don't know who said what to whose "friends", but I know the law - it refers to power dynamics and the perception of consent (the most powerful man in the world vs a young intern). I have also witnessed several cases of sexual harassment at work - or attempts, which I have personally experienced. Changing my PhD advisor under the guise of losing interest in the subject or isolating myself from several influential researchers was not as damaging to my career as it was traumatizing and distracting - especially because I was threatened by some of them. I can't be sure that if I went public, I wouldn't be accused of "stalking" my oppressors. Of course, I also know of many cases where women slept with men to get a job or references. To call them what they are: sluts. (Not illegal, but ethically questionable, especially if there was no professional relationship between them and the relationship wasn't made transparent to the employer).

I’d go with the unbelievably stupid explanation, along with a divine self-image. How could he do wrong? He is above the law, as well as good taste, but the latter kind of fades into the background.

As for the sexual appeal of (visibly) pregnant women and the extent to which they welcome the attention, I’m thinking that is on a case by case basis? I’m working with such a small first hand sample that I’d be hesitant to generalize. But it has certainly come up in his case.
