Michael O'Leary has claimed that the UK will be forced to sign a deal similar to Switzerland or Norway and be paying into the EU budget within 15 years.

Ryanair threatens to seek alternative to Boeing order if tariffs impact price

In a letter to a senior US lawmaker, Ryanair's chief executive Michael O'Leary said Trump's tariffs could threaten 330 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft that his airline has on order, which have a list price of more than $30 billion.

A list price now but I wonder if escalation fees were written off. Base price + escalation fees on plane completion + tariffs (could be interesting for Just In Time production as well). 

Removing a wing might help keep the price down.

I suspect the problem lies entirely with Expedia and the way you booked. There are different fare classes (in addition to travel classes; marked with letters of alphabet). They have a different luggage allowance or flexibility for adjustments, etc. If you just selected the cheapest ticket, it likely was the most restricted fare. Otherwise they’d be happy to rip you off for the luggage.
