Re: What's Next in Computers and the Internet?

A couple of weeks ago I bought this iron hanging egg chair. It's about 50 kilo and 1.5^3 meter in volume. While I was trying to lift it and step on my bicycle to bring it home a guy said "wha-ha-ha you'll never be able to get that home on your bike! I'll bet you 100 euro!". My persistence is legendary, I do superhuman stuff like that at least once a month, ..but I dindnt take the wager because I didn't want to spend time interacting with him. 3 minutes later I biked past him holding the chair. He quickly ducked away, .. as did many others.

If physics is not in your favour, change its laws. That's the spirit!

LOL!

I'm trying to imagine how I would carry this....

1. Maybe slip my torso through the base to form a bowsprint and then rest the egg in my lap & handlebars????

2. lower the seatpost of the bike, use the belt on my pants to strap me into the egg, and then sit in the egg on the bike.

3. ..... end up in the hospital

I hope you have pictures!

I've just had like half a kilo of Brussels sprouts and in a while I'll have to run 5 miles in half an hour :-)
I'm counting on the prayers of Polish pilgrims.

It came in 3 parts:
* I hung the circular base indeed on the handlebar which reduced the steering angle to +- 20 deg.
* The Egg on top of the handlebar with one hand on top to keep it in place, the weight was on the bike this way.
* The arc beam partly over my shoulder of the arm I kept the Egg in place, and partly the handlebar.
The trick for me is to ignore the brain who is trying to complain about things like muscle cramps and fatigue, risks, fear etc.

They'll be running on quantum computer soon!

2018 will be the year of quantum supremacy.
