Bear Grylls is ready

"Europe has many flaws, but I also believe the way to help resolve many of those tough issues is from within... I have never been a good quitter and I am so proud of the UK and our values: tolerance, kindness, respect, courage and resilience. This is why I want us to stay together and Remain in Europe."[89] In January 2020, he announced that he had asserted his right to Irish citizenship and had obtained an Irish passport.[90]

Wait a minute, Paul O'Grady is from picturesque Birkenhead.
We were born in the same hospital. Breathtaking views and soothing sounds and smells.

If I sent an invoice to UK, say 1 February 2021, do I add VAT?
(will UK be really out of EU?)

If I sent an invoice to the Netherlands today would I add VAT? Would I reverse charge? Goods or services? Are you registered for VAT? Do I need to complete the EC Sales list form? Is it a digital product? Do I need to register in every EU country or can I use MOSS?

I'm sorry I asked the question :-)
Are you looking for an agent on the continent?

Fact #1; if a private person outside EU buys my product, no VAT is paid.

It' gonna get messy,

If a Europhile says that paperwork is going to get messy then that's serious!

Time for those Europeans to come to their senses, what?

EU should 'see sense' and agree trade deal - Johnson

https://www.rte.ie/news/2020/1216/1184735-brexit-uk-eu/

Priceless. The kind of stuff you hear at student debates.

A bit like Latin teachers, quite strict. Strict, but good.

Brexit fiasco: Britain handed license to monitor UK waters to French firm
https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/13733 ... waters-spt

Do they pay VAT if the work is done in UK waters? Probably not. Unless they do it remotely..

All of these stories betray an immense misunderstanding about what Brexit means.

I won't stop buying French Champagne, or French cheeses. Ok, maybe the cheeses, the French are a bit weak in the old fromage.

I won't stop buying German, er German, er, those world-class thingies that Germans make. The really efficient thingies. (I'm ok for sausages, thanks.)

Or Dutch,...what is the point of the Dutch? Yes, tulips, and clogs. Hand on heart, my current consumption of tulips and clogs can only increase.

And, of course, Swiss watches. That's not going to stop.

On second thoughts, English wines are pretty good now. Let me rethink the Champagne.
