Callable bond data

Hello,
I am looking for data on how frequently callable bonds are called at the first call date or otherwise. I have seen examples such as deutsche bank in 2008 not calling. https://www.bondvigilantes.com/blog/200 ... nd-sector/
But how common is this?
It would be great to see historic data of callable bonds that have been called on their first call date and those that were not called on the first call date.
