Error when upgrading membership on CQF Institute

When trying to make a payment on CQF Institute, I am getting the following message when I am on Review Order stage and trying to proceed to Payment: "
Could not find redirect page from API. Please contact a system administrator if you see this message"
This happens on IE and Chrome, as well as different computers.
I sent en email to CQF institute but nobody responds.
Please kindly assist.
