Does anyone have an opinion on the following book:Genetic Algorithms and Genetic Programming in Computational Financeby Shu-Heng ChenISBN 0-7923-7601-3Does it contain coding examples and in what language.thanksgsmithI think I mistakenly posted this on the careers forum - sorry.

afaik it is a collection of papers and it does not have code. however, the hefty price tag prevented me from buying it. maybe you should take a look at "Trading on the edge" by Deboeck first...cheers

Search citeseer.nj.nec.com for papers in the book, I bet you'll find many of them for free (too lazy to check).
