I think Mathworks may have information about this on their web site. They should be responsive to this question.

Sofiane,I know people who had similar problems when installing 6.0 on a P4. Ona P3 it worked without problems. This is also documented on the Mathworkswebsite. It is solved in Matlab 6.1. Mathworks normally releases a "service pack"version after every major Matlab release, in the 6.0 case it was 6.1 I think. When you experience problems in any of the major releases (6.0, 6.5, 7.0)you should always look out if a service pack has been released. In case of 6.5 it is 6.5.1, in case of 7.0 they have announced one for next year.Coming back to your specific problem, try thisWhy am I unable to start or run MATLAB 6.x (R12.x)? http://www.mathworks.com/support/soluti ... 1-183DHAnd for a Windows specific answer to this:http://www.mathworks.com/support/soluti ... ,Hans-Marc Erkingerwww.gloriosia.com - home of Trading with Matlab
