hi i am trying to upload my own photo, but apparently I do not get any option to do so!any suggestions?

If you go into your profile, you will see an option to do this at the bottom.It seems to be the case that Gif files work best in the tight limitations of the system.

Thanks for stepping in to help DCFC...Please note that the maximum image size is 120 pixels by 120 pixels at 5k, if it is any larger the image won't upload.RegardsJames

all this is nice BUT the problem is I dont have this option in my profile...is it sth to do with using a mac instead of PC? thanx for the help

If you are using Internet Explorer for Mac, then you may well be having issues as Microsoft and the makers of this forum no longer support it. Let me know what browser you are using if it is not IE for the Mac. If you send me your avatar I will happily put it in place for you. Send it to james@wilmott.com.James

The pic I want to upload has a different resolution,(> 120 * 120) which software can I use to downgrade it? Robert

Hi...Unfortunately public and isp email accounts are no longer being accepted for new users and those updating their profiles.
