Does anyone have a copy of the ISMA report "Derivatives and Public Debt"? As noted in the Economist, it was taken off the ISMA site and it looks to be interesting reading.

just noticed the colour of the symbol on this page (on the LHS)http://www.wilmott.com/forum/login.cfm - is that why there's no response?!i'm sure the good doctor (taleb) would tell me i'm reading too much into it, but...
