DE Shaw and KBC FP will pay you significantly more over 3-5 years and beyond as a software developer. If you are a good performer their comp increases quite steeply. Morgan Stanley might pay you slightly more at the outset but the upside is no where near as great. Which firm you choose though will depend slightly on what type of career you want - at Morgan Stanley to reach the higher $ as a software developer you will need to take on management responsabilities whereas the other two firms will pay you equally if not better $ for being very hands on.
