Recently, I got a messager from the Fund Management Careers Consulting Incorporated of 26th Floor Chrysler Building 405 Lexington Avenue New York NY 10174 USA. The consulting firm said that there is a fund manager trainning program which is suitable for me. The program provider is Chartered fund manager, INC.. It is a hedged fund company and offers a training program to train people to fill its trader position. Upon the complishment of the program with passing two practical exams, the candidate will be offered a trader job in the company. Two practical exames are not easy. One requires candidates to manage US$10 millions portfolio and to get 20% of return in 3 months. The second one exam will allow candidate to manage US$10 Millions portfolio but with another US$10 million leverage amount. All candidates setting in the second exam are also required to get 20% of return on US$20MM in three months too. Have you heard of Chartered fund manager, INC? Are there anybody attending such a program before? Any comments on the program and the program provider?
