You're likely to be better off in Amsterdam if you want to stay in the Benelux. There might also be some interesting hedge funds in Luxembourg. Don't know that much about ING, but as the N stands for Nederland, I'd be surprised if Belgium is their quant hub. It's possible that some large pension funds in Brussels might have a few opportunities. Frankfurt and Paris have some stuff, but your best bet in Europe is likely to be London

ING,Fortis,Dexia,KBC are the biggest banks in belgium.they may have quant positions.But if you don't speak french and dutch you might have a lot of difficulties getting a job in belgium.you should at least speak french to get a job in belgium.except those you may try Petercam.It's a hedge fund. www.petercam.be. quite nice place to work if you can get in.
