Looking for paper: A.Ness, "Delta wins on fuel", Risk, 2001
Suggested reading for a better understanding of hedging when the hedged asset is different from the hedging instrument. I don't seem to be able to lay my hands on this article; the Risk magazine website provides back issues only till 2002. Any help in getting a copy or any other paper that does a good job of explaining hedging would be appreciated.Thanks
