Does anyone know where I can get"Introduction to Synthetic Indexing: Optimal Strategies to Replicate and Enhance Index Returns with Futures and Swaps, issued by Citigroup in spring 2003)."?Thanks in advance

you got the reference from here ?they've got a lot of articles online at Citigroup Alternative Investments but you need to email them to get a log-in Not sure if it's there or not (only the newer articles are visible)
