Dec. 2007 RISK has a two(?) page article about the book. The review was favorable.

What kind of book is this? 1) One with theory and lots of formulas,2) One for the general audience with almost no formulas? And also: What are the prerequisites for reading it?

Not much required, but a disposition for following the ideas without jumping to conclusions ahead of the book is advisable.
