Trouble uninstalling Bloomberg software

Maybe anyone went through this already and can help me.The Bloomberg software ended up slowing my home PC. Maybe it works better in a dedicated PC or mine just does not have enough resources (though it run everything else with no trouble).I tried to uninstall the software through the Bloomberg uninstaller and it crashes.Then I manually ended all Bloomberg processes and tried to uninstall again... it crashes.I re-installed the full version to later uninstall it and, again, it crashes.Bloomberg Help Desk is telling me to manually delete the folder and the registry keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Bloomberg L.P.That would be all? Or there anothe traces of the software in the PC?Thanks
