Obviously this is a risk management position, but it also sounds like mid office work to me. Since it doesn't heavily ask for programming skills, I wonder what background it is really asking for. If I want to eventually land a similar job, what should I be preparing myself with to qualify? any suggestions for reading, skill set development??
