Hi,I run a financial service firm at India, specializing in trading and structured investment solution. I have interest about brazil, especially sao paulo. What are the various legal, regulatory aspects are there in order to open a simillar shop over there at sao paulo? Will it be worth to do so? How brazilian stock market is organized? Any comments are welcome.

many thnx MCarreiraI've run thru the respective website, so have gained a fair bit of idea about the market.How is the opportunity to set up a JV with a small firm over there? Or how difficult and feasible are to open a shop over there, at sau paulo?

It will depend on what kind of firm you'll choose, and how it will be taxed; it'll also depend on your leverage, as trading on BM&F will require margin.If you open a foreign investment vehicle, OTC derivatives will be taxed on their profit.
