Interest Rates - Top 5 players?

In no particular order:Barclays CapitalGoldmanJ.P. MorganRBSDeutsche BankI'm not so sure about BAML right now. RBS used to be huge, as did UBS. UBS lost their top USD Swaps dealer about a year ago. HSBC is okay, but not great. Same goes for Citi.Really, you want to look for firms that have large mortgage books, as that's what drives the swaps market. Deutsche has a HUGE EUR swaps book. HSBC, RBS, and Barclays have a lot of natural interest in the sterling swaps market. And BAML, Citi, and JPMorgan are big in the USD swaps market. Goldman's desk takes a lot more proprietary risk, and is great. At HSBC, RBS, or BarCap, you want to trade sterling swaps. At Deutsche, UBS or CS, you want to trade euro swaps. And at the American banks, you (might) want to trade USD swaps. In London, the USD swaps market is a lot smaller than in the US, but the broker markets are still fairly active. You wont have to quote as much client flow if you're on a USD desk in London (which can be a good thing, but can also limit the size of your book).
