reuters 3000 extra e matlab

Is difficult connect reuters 3000 extra with matlab?can I use matlab datafeed toolbox?there is any problem to do this?I have to bu reuters 3000 extra but I work only with matlab, can you give me some information about this procedure?is reuters the best data vendor to link with matlab?

I've used the datafeed toolbox but only to get end-of-day prices from Yahoo. It's extremely easy to use. Since Reuters no doubt has vastly more power than Yahoo Finance in terms of API and data available, I suggest you check the full user manual for the toolbox. You could also request a trial version of the toolbox from Mathworks, i think this is a standard procedure.

hi lombardovito.please, have a look at : http://www.bobsguide.com/guide/prod/5-1 ... tmlreuters and matlab seem are able to co-work, even as i am not sure to waht extent there co-integrated.as a market analyst, i am a 3000xtra user. depending on your own goal, may not be most suitable datafeed/IDE.may my company swtich to the bloomberg package !in case, you wonder ... it exists a library to set 3000xtra and R working together.cheers,édouard.
