I like Norsk because they sound as if they were mocking Germans: Goo(ten) morygen! Hei(l) hei(l) (Hitler)!
You should try to parse this piece of NorwegoDeutsch: "Das ist guten sein!" Collector may help.

My immediate understanding was "That's a good sign!" :-) It's probably incorrect, but at least makes sense (and nobody gets beheaded!)

It's more subtle. There is a Norwegian saying "Det er gutten sin!", which idiomatically translates into American English as "Attaboy!", i.e. an upbeat saying to a boy. Now, we (loosely) translate into German by being literal about the first two words and somewhat phonetic about the last two. In retrospect, you probably had to be there...

There are two versions AFAIK Landsmal and Riksmal.
