Hey All - I am working in Credit Derivative Business from around a couple of years. However I have recently started working on the documentation of Credit Derivatives/ISDA Agreements. Hence although I am familiar with basic and moderately technical stuff of CDS/Swaps/IRS etc., I am completely new to this documentation process especially, why we need ISDA , CSA, Schedule etc.Can anyone here please suggest me some good books to read. I already went through previous threads and did not get any specific book recommended.ISDA Bookstore have so many to suggest , Is Mastering ISDA Agreements - Practical Guide to Negotiations really helpful ?Do not need anything "Law" based but more of an Structuring/Negotiating Side. (Dont know if this comment really helps)Please let me know if you have any suggestions .Thanks a lot

check derivativeslawyer.com, also the isda portal...wikipedia has some 'tutorial"info as well...there are a few books..I got posted some things in past thread in this forum, do a search.M

oh!1 Sorry..didnt read your post in full: The Mastering ISDA Agreements - Practical Guide to Negotiations is more like a cookbook, not really explains anything per se...Check my post in this forum.. with list of books...but they are kind of old now...I would say that the best bet is the newest book but wrote for legal scholars ,if you want to understand the concepts...just post any particular question, we will be happy to oblige.
