quant finance professional designation

interesting idea but not gonna fly with hiring managers. I have made people who stated that having the CFA designation did not help them much. At the end of the day, having a good fit background and personality wise is what the hiring managers are looking for.

try using a VBA wrapper function. So Excel calls -> VBA wrapper function, which calls a customized function in a compiled dll file.

it is the extra coupon margin that you need to pay on top of the index, usually is the six-month LIBOR rate. The extra margin paid by the mortgage obligor accounts for credit risk, prepayment option held by the obligor, etc

The investor gets a prospectus, which details the structure of the deals (water fall, triggers, credit enhancements, etc.). There are also some summary statistics about the underlying collateral.
