Market Risk Advice

I am comparing two offers right now, both in the market risk arena. The first is at a top tier Investment Bank (very mature place with lots of products), the second at the hedge fund (smaller shop with more infrastructure work, lesser products) arm of another bank. Eventually, would like to move into the business side in an investment focussed role.

From what you say, it's the IB, is there something else that makes it a difficult decision ?

If I just start out, ib. A few years down the road, HF or any buyside firm.
