How to short-sell on personal account?

if you dont need to do big size, and you will take a view longer then 3 months I would suggest a spreadbetting service.Cantor or igindex , you will not pay tax , given it doesnt sound like you will be doing high frequency trades the wider bid -offer spread might not be such an obstacle.

BNP Paribas Graduate Program

<t>The grad intake at BNP is small, about 20 in total. Only 1 or 2 will be placed in front office roles. It is one of the weakest grad programs, they do not do a rotation, and the training is not particularly organized.Occasionally they get a smart grad here or there, they are usually grabbed by one ...

Spread Betting on Option Values

I used to do some short gamma with them.Margin calls became silly even though my position was delta hedged properly.I argued with them but they said had to go by the SPAN output.Their vols are way off, but i respect the wide range of products they are able to provide to the small punter.

Multiple regression in Excel

Cost of entry in S-plus is quite high with most people (get a demo from someone first!)It is very important to start understanding econometrics from an algebraic.Econometric Theory and Methods (Davidson/Mackinnon) is a good bridge between undergrad and postGrad.Hope this helps
